Super clean and lovely room! The location's fab and so handy for jumping on the Metrobus. Enjoyed staying close to shops and restaurants.
The housekeeper knocked like she was auditioning for a drum solo and the music outside was louder than a concert! Who needs sleep anyway?

missingWrote a review on Jul 09comfortable bedsgood locationfriendly stafflimited breakfastpoor service
I stayed at City Express in Mexico City for two nights. The location made it easy to access work meetings and nearby attractions. The room had comfortable beds and provided good wi-fi. The service staff were friendly and always ready to help. However, the breakfast didn't meet expectations. The options were limited and basic, lacking variety. The gym facilities were quite disappointing. the treadmill was out of order and the bike couldn't be adjusted. On top of that, the room service experience was frustrating, ordered a sandwich, but it never arrived. Overall, while the price was reasonable, several aspects need significant improvements for a better stay.

The location is great, with malls and parks within walking distance, and the staff was attentive. The room was decent, but storage space was limited. Unfortunately, cleanliness wasn’t up to par with some dust and odors. The free breakfast left much to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jun 10poor lighting
Noteworthy issues include the poor lighting throughout the room, making it feel darker than expected. The breakfast offerings were quite limited—just a few fruits, cold cuts, and bread—leaving me wanting more. Additionally, I found the noise insulation between rooms to be lacking, allowing sounds from adjacent rooms and hallways to disturb the otherwise serene atmosphere.

Cleanliness was a highlight, and the staff was generally friendly, but inconsistencies with housekeeping were frustrating. One day the room was skipped entirely. The front desk was understaffed, making check-in and inquiries a long wait. Breakfast was lacking too, with instant coffee being a disappointing choice in such a vibrant location.

The hotel had a modern and clean design, making it accessible for seniors. The staff were attentive and quick to assist, ensuring I felt comfortable during my stay. The convenient location near the MetroBus was a great advantage.
Breakfast options need improvement for better variety.
